Palletised freight stacked in a warehouse ready for delivery

Pallet Delivery That Travels Direct, Not Through a Network Hub

Dedicated palletised haulage from a single pallet to a full 26 pallet artic load. Your freight is handled twice, at loading and at delivery, and never in between.

A focussed team that treats every pallet as freight worth protecting, not a unit in a network

Direct From Collection to Delivery

No hubs, no overnight cross docking and no handover to a third party haulier. Your pallets stay on one dedicated vehicle for the whole journey, which removes the handling points where damage and delay happen.

The Right Vehicle for the Pallet Count

From two or three pallets on a large van, through part loads on our rigid fleet, up to 26 euro pallets on a curtainsider artic. We match the vehicle to the load rather than the load to the vehicle.

Offload Planned Before Dispatch

Tail lifts and pallet trucks for sites without a forklift, timed windows booked where the receiving site requires them and access confirmed in advance. The job is only done when the pallet is on the ground.

When to choose dedicated pallet delivery

  • Urgent single pallets that cannot wait for a network cycle
  • Fragile or high value palletised freight that must not be double handled
  • Part loads of four to fourteen pallets between business sites
  • Full loads of up to 26 euro pallets on a curtainsider artic
  • Timed deliveries into booking systems and scheduled delivery bays
  • Deliveries to sites without a forklift, requiring a tail lift offload
  • Recovery runs when a pallet network delivery has failed or stalled
  • Regular scheduled pallet movements between your locations

Dedicated Pallet Delivery, Not a Hub and Spoke Network

Most pallet delivery in the UK runs through hub and spoke networks, where your pallet is collected, trunked to a central hub overnight, cross docked, handled by a second haulier and delivered a day or more later. Every one of those handling points is an opportunity for damage, delay and lost visibility. We do it differently. Your pallets travel on a dedicated vehicle from collection to delivery, handled once at loading and once at the destination. No hubs, no cross docking, no third parties. For freight that is fragile, high value or time critical, that single journey is the difference between arriving intact and on time or arriving as a claim form.

From a Single Pallet to a Full Artic Load

Palletised haulage scales, and so do we. A single urgent pallet goes on the smallest vehicle that carries it safely, whether that is a large van taking two or three pallets or a Luton with a tail lift. Part loads of four to fourteen pallets suit our rigid fleet, and full loads of up to 26 euro pallets run on a curtainsider artic. When you brief us with the pallet count, the weights and the dimensions, we specify the right vehicle rather than forcing your freight into whatever is available. You pay for the capacity the job needs, and your pallets travel secured and spaced correctly rather than crammed to fill a trailer.

Tail Lifts, Timed Windows and Sites Without a Forklift

Pallet delivery only works if the pallet can actually come off the vehicle at the other end. Plenty of delivery points have no forklift, no loading bay and no handling equipment at all, which is why we confirm the offload arrangements before dispatch rather than discovering the problem on arrival. Tail lift vehicles and pallet trucks cover ground level offloads, timed delivery windows are booked where the receiving site requires them, and where a site presents restricted access we plan around it in advance. The delivery is only complete when the pallet is safely on the ground where it needs to be, and we plan every job to that standard.

Palletised Haulage Across the UK From a Birmingham Base

We run palletised haulage from Birmingham to every part of the UK, with same day and next day options depending on the urgency of the load. Our position in the middle of the motorway network means collections across the West Midlands are covered quickly and trunk routes north and south are directly accessible. Whether it is a regular scheduled movement between your sites, ad hoc pallet deliveries to your customers or an urgent same day run when a network delivery has let you down, the same team plans the job, the same standards apply and you deal with one point of contact from booking to proof of delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Pallet networks consolidate freight through central hubs, which means your pallet is handled multiple times and typically delivered by a different company than the one that collected it. We provide dedicated pallet delivery, where your freight travels on one vehicle from collection to delivery with no cross docking and no third parties. It is the right choice when transit time, load security or fragile freight makes double handling a risk you do not want to take.
